The LeaderFlow Development Program primarily serves mid-career professionals committed to advancing leadership and innovation in AEC.

Eligibility

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience and a demonstrated commitment to advancing leadership and innovation within AEC
  • A demonstrated interest in personal and professional growth
  • Commitment to in-person attendance at every session (mandatory)
  • A complete online application, including an applicant questionnaire and resume

Required participant commitment

  • Mandatory in-person attendance at all group sessions
  • Firm leaders receive information to allocate paid time off as continuing education, so participants can attend during the work week
  • Preparation for sessions may include pre-work reading, writing and assessments
  • Meeting with a “Buddy” between sessions for accountability and check-ins
