2 years..Starting with our introductions and stories was a great way to set the tone for the rest of the program. It’s great to have honesty and vulnerability. Also I really like the explanation at the beginning of what the program is about. A big plus for making it interactive and have breakout groups, it helps to form relationships and hear personally from others.
